Yes. It runs a shop for one person with up to 200 items: offline billing, GST bills with numbers in sequence, barcode scanning, stock and the udhaar khata — on the phone and in a computer's browser both, one person using one at a time. There is no time limit and no card to add.
No. A plan price covers the whole shop: Pro covers two people and Business five people. If you need more, each extra person is ₹49 a month on Pro and Business. On Enterprise, people are part of what we agree with you.
Your first paid plan starts with 30 days free. When the trial ends, the plan's first payment falls due — collected automatically if you set up autopay when you started, or shown on your plan page to pay. Stop before the trial ends and you are not charged for the plan.
Whenever you like. Moving up takes effect as soon as it is paid for. Moving down to a smaller plan starts when the period you have paid for ends. Stopping ends a paid plan at that same point and puts you on Free; stopping during a free trial ends the trial straight away. Either way, your bills, stock and khata stay exactly where they are.
The price shown is the amount you pay; any GST is already inside it, never added at checkout. Every payment comes with an invoice for your records.
The free plan holds 200 items. You keep billing the items you already have; to add more, move to Pro, where the number is unlimited.
By UPI, card or net banking, through Razorpay. When a payment is due, your plan page shows the amount and the date. That is only how you pay BillCountr for the plan — BillCountr never collects money from your customers.
