BillCountr is billing software for Indian shops and wholesalers. It makes bills, keeps track of stock and holds every customer’s udhaar on an Android phone, and the same shop opens in a computer’s browser on every plan, billing included. It works with no internet and syncs when the connection comes back.
No. The name sounds like one, and a search for “bill counter” mostly finds machines that count cash. BillCountr — “Countr”, with no “e” — is an app for making bills and keeping track of a shop’s stock and credit. It does not count notes.
Yes. Bills, stock lookup, the udhaar khata and printing all run from the phone, and invoice numbers stay in sequence with no connection. Everything syncs by itself when the signal returns.
The free plan covers one person and 200 items, with no card and no time limit. Pro is ₹149 a month, or ₹1,199 a year, for two people and unlimited items. Business is ₹399 a month, or ₹2,999 a year, for five people. The price covers the whole shop, not each person, and the first paid plan starts with a free trial.

One thing to know first: a registered buyer's GSTIN and address do not print on the invoice yet, so for bills to GST-registered businesses, check that before you start. If you are not registered, keep tax switched off and bills print without tax lines.
